Featured Listings Package Refund Policy
We offer a full money-back guarantee for Plus and Premium featured listing packages purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with the package you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to make sure the featured listing package they have selected meets their needs within the initial 14-day period. If you have questions, please contact us.
For Plus and Premium featured listings package refunds, please send an email to mroberts (at) myhecm.com from the email account you used to register your MyHECM.com user profile/account. For faster service, please include the words “refund request” in the subject line. Thank you!
